About us

Our mission is to give every patient who needs care away from home real access to modern medicine — and a documented path through it. We connect patients with verified specialists and treatment centres, and we stay with the patient at every stage: from first contact, through consultation and treatment, to recovery and the handover back to their own physician.

We work on three values that decide everything else: trust, responsibility, and an individual approach to each patient. We build a bridge between the patient and medicine of a standard they can verify.

What makes this programme different

• A medical entity, not an intermediary. Consultations are provided by a Polish entity performing medical activity, entered in the RPWDL register; we do not act as an intermediary in access to care.
• A transaction record. Transparent pricing, advance payment, invoice, and a settlement document you can submit to your insurer.
• A cross-border path. Entitlements under Directive 2011/24/EU, EHIC and the S2 procedure (for persons insured in an EU/EEA country) are explained as entitlements — we describe what the patient is entitled to, we do not promise a reimbursement amount.
• Evidence. Verifiable physician (PWZ), verifiable entity (RPWDL), liability insurance, a measured service level, and a complaints and mediation route.

Doctor in Poland is operated by Agencja Diagnostyki Medycznej P.S.A. (ADM P.S.A.). The company is managed by a Board of Directors that combines clinical governance, health-system policy and operational delivery.

Standard and governance

The programme is operated by Agencja Diagnostyki Medycznej P.S.A. (ADM P.S.A.), which is responsible for the organisation of care, medical governance and regulatory compliance. Clinical quality is supervised by the Medical Director, Prof. Jarosław J. Fedorowski. Physicians and providers in the referral network are verified before they are included: the Polish right to practise the profession (PWZ), entry in the Register of Medical Entities (RPWDL) and professional liability insurance.
